Building Managers
Boldt Brothers is seeking applications for experienced project managers to manage staff sizes from 5 to 50. Experience in our industry preferred, but not mandatory. Those in the hospitality or other "service" oriented industries are well suited for our management positions. Floor/Carpet Technicians
Boldt Brothers is seeking applications for qualified individuals to work as either floor/carpet cleaning technicians. Qualified floor tech candidates will have experience scrubbing and buffing floors. Qualified carpet techs will have experience using a carpet extractor.
General Cleaners
We are seeking applications for general cleaners in multiple locations. The work hours vary, but are consistent at each site. (Generally from 5 or 5:30pm to around10:00pm, Monday-Friday). We pay weekly. Boldt Brothers is seeking qualified individuals to join our current team. The job duties would include dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and wiping down windows and mirrors. Along with various other custodial duties. Candidates should have reliable transportation. We are a drug free workplace.

Project Manager
Boldt Brothers is seeking applications for a large project manager in the St. Louis area.
Multiple site manager who will interface with client daily and be responsible for all aspects of contract fulfillment. Including, the management of all personnel, schedules, budget and quality control. Staff size ranging from 15-30.

Special Projects Personnel – St. Louis, MO
The Special Projects Division is an on-call position with changing weekly
hours. It is a full-time position, which requires reliable transportation and a
valid driver license to be considered. Special Projects must be available to
any of our clients at any time, for a wide array of duties. Applicants must be able to lift over 50lbs, and
will be required to have knowledge of Floor Care and Carpet Care equipment and
techniques. The pay rate will be commensurate with knowledge and/or experience
with floor/carpet care. Paid health insurance coverage is also available.
Candidates must have reliable transportation. We are a drug free workplace
and pay weekly.
